Review:

After a long wait, the next episode of Tenchi Muyo has arrived at last. This episode is self contained, but if you haven't seen any if the first series, you may struggle to keep up with the characters.

The battle between Ryoko and Ayeka for Tenchi's affections reaches new heights as they plunder Tenchi's grandfather's shojo manga collection for ideas; Washu starts conducting experiments to try and fathom Tenchi's powers; Mihoshi continues her duties in the Galactic Police; and Ryo-Oh-Ki eats lots of carrots.

OK, so there's no plot to speak of, but it's great fun nevertheless. My only gripe is that £12.99 is a lot to pay for only 45 minutes. [Jonathan Weeks]
