New anime season on Sci-fi
==========================

Sci-fi Channel has started another new season of anime films, showing after
midnight every Saturday. The line-up is as follows:

7th April:  Patlabor, Battle Angel Alita
14th April: Violence Jack
21st April: Orguss 02
28th April: Ghost in the Shell, The Dark Myth
5th May:    Bubblegum Crash
12th May:   Streetfighter 2, Black Magic - M66
19th May:   Adventure Duo, Devil Man: Demon Bird
26th May:   AD Police, Genocyber

MVM news
========

With the release of the final Urusei Yatsura movies and OAVs, MVM will have
completed the release of all the anime series that they have rights to. As
of yet, they have made no announcement of any further releases, but in a
conversation I had with them today, they said that they were in negotiation
with several comapnies for possible new material. 

One thing they are definitely planning is DVD versions of their existing
titles such as Bubblegum Crisis, You're Under Arrest and Oh My Goddess.
There are no firm dates for this, but they are hoping to start this year.
